Welcome to Opzero.sh. By using our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Opzero.sh ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Opzero.sh provides an MCP server that enables AI agents (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and others) to deploy web applications to hosting providers including Cloudflare, Netlify, and Vercel.

Our Service includes:

  • MCP protocol endpoints for AI agent integration
  • OAuth 2.1 authentication and API key management
  • Deployment tools for HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and other web technologies
  • Project and deployment management
  • Preview environments for iterative development
  • Integration with third-party hosting providers

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account through WorkOS AuthKit. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

  • Deploy legitimate web applications and websites
  • Test and develop applications in preview environments
  • Integrate AI agents with deployment workflows

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Deploy malicious code, malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Deploy phishing sites, scams, or fraudulent content
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial content
  • Host illegal content (child exploitation, terrorism, etc.)
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass security measures
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Deploy content that violates our hosting providers' terms of service

4.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you deploy through the Service. We do not review or monitor all deployments but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Billing and Payment

5.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Current pricing is available at opzero.sh/pricing.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

5.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

5.4 Changes to Pricing

We may change our pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before price changes take effect.

6. Service Availability and Support

6.1 Service Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

6.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide notice when possible.

6.3 Support

Support is provided via email at support@opzero.sh. Response times vary based on your subscription plan.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including:

  • Hosting Providers: Cloudflare, Netlify, Vercel
  • Authentication: WorkOS AuthKit
  • Database: Neon PostgreSQL
  • Payments: Stripe

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or changes.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you deploy through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

8.2 Our Property

The Service, including all code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Opzero.sh and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

8.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPZERO.SH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
  • Third-party service interruptions or failures
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opzero.sh, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you deploy through the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Export Controls

The Service may be subject to export control laws. You agree not to use the Service in violation of any export or import regulations.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
